Extreme Heat Protection: Hydrate, Avoid Being Outdoors to Avoid Heat Exhaustion, Heat Stroke

Ryan Nobles of Richmond's NBC12 interviews Dr. David Boyd about how to protect yourself from extreme heat in light of the current heatwave. Hydration is hugely important and you should avoid being outdoors. Heat illnesses include heat exhaustion, and its symptoms include extreme sweating, very thirsty and experience vomiting or nausea.
